• Information you give us: your name, work email, company, and anything you include when you contact us, request access, or join our design partner program.
• Website usage: basic technical data such as IP address, browser, device, and pages visited, used to deliver and secure the site.
• Customer data: if your organization uses Remylar, the policy documents, rules, and decision data it connects. We process this only to provide the service, under your instructions.

How we use it

• to provide, operate, and improve Remylar;
• to respond to you and communicate about the service;
• to secure our systems and prevent abuse;
• to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. Customer data is not used to train foundation models.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that host and operate Remylar for us (such as cloud hosting and email), under confidentiality obligations; when required by law; or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, but no system is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent. Email us to make a request.

International transfers

We are based in India, and our providers may process information in other countries. Where we transfer information across borders, we take steps to protect it as required by law.
