The service

Remylar turns unstructured policy documents into versioned, queryable business rules for AI agents. Remylar is in private beta: features may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you use Remylar for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not upload data you do not have the right to share.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data you provide. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for reviewing decisions and rules produced by Remylar before relying on them.

Fees

Any fees for paid plans or pilots are set out in a separate order or agreement.

Intellectual property

The service, software, and content we provide, excluding your data, belong to Remylar or its licensors. Feedback you share may be used without obligation to you.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Remylar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
